Chase Pope
Owner
Has had a Passion for Construction from an Early Age. From Working on Rental Properties with Father, To Summer Construction Jobs During High School , To Working for a General Contractor for 13 Years in the Upstate as Superintendent / Project Manager. Chase made the decision to venture out on his own and stared CP3 3 Years ago with a desire to provide excellence in the Construction industry and create lasting relationships with clients.
Chad Good
Project Superintendent
Chad has been in the Construction Business for the majority of his career. He specialize in leading Projects from Start to finish but also has a vast Knowledge and incredible skill set to self perform many aspects of construction task. Chad has been a Superintendent with CP3 for Over 2 years
Tim Gilbert
Head Foreman / Carpenter
Tim brings more than 40 Years of Knowledge in the Construction Field to CP3 and is a Leader for the CP3 Field Team. Tim can do a little bit of everything you can think of and does it all with exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Tim and Chase have been working together for over 15 years and Tim came with Chase when he decided to start CP3.
Connor Little
Junior Head Foreman / Carpenter
Connor is a young Leader for CP3. Connor although young has great of Knowledge of many construction skills and uses those in the field when tasked with leading specific Projects. Connor has been with CP3 for Over 2 Years.
Brady Stephens
Carpenter
Brady is a Recent Graduate of Travelers Rest High School (2024). Brady has a passion for learning and has been a great addition to the CP3 Team. Brady has a great work ethic and is becoming a more skilled carpenter each day. Brady has been working with CP3 for a little over one year.
Carter Owens
Carpenter
Carter is a Recent Graduate of Greer High School (2025). Carter comes to CP3 through Bonds Construction which he completed while in High School. Carter has a great work ethic and is learning many different skills. Carter is also Currently taking Construction classes at Greenville Tech and working with CP3 part time. Carter has been with CP3 for a Little Over one year.
